Witness with CCTV footage of Park Shi Hoo and 'A' steps forward

I wasn't going to explain it before because I wasn't sure how often netizens would be using the word but they're obviously making it a thing now so here you go: 'kkot-baem' (flower snake) is a derogatory term to describe women who will basically sleep with men only to turn around and con them out of money, etc.

1. [+1,059, -87] Something smells fishy about this woman

2. [+913, -90] She's a kkot-baem! Release all the personal information about her!

3. [+451, -77] The law is too forgiving to kkot-baems, which is why there are so many of them running around conning men. <insert list of articles of women claiming they were raped when they weren't>

'Sexual assault suspicions' Park Shi Hoo, a look at the CCTV reveals... shock!

Source:
MBN TV via Nate

1. [+1,403, -46] The truth needs to be revealed so we can determine whether or not Park Shi Hoo is innocent as he claims, or if that b*tch is one big mother bi*ch!

2. [+1,073, -99] Hul, she's a kkot-baem ㅡㅡ

3. [+1,213, -387] This does make her story about being drunk and raped lose some validity, but whether or not she's a kkot-baem doesn't matter because Park Shi Hoo acknowledged that they had sex so he should be prepared to see some impact to his image either way. Don't think of letting him off easy just because he's an adult... Even non-celebrities don't view one night stands as anything positive to brag about. He should've been more careful as a public figure.

Park Shi Hoo-A CCTV footage, will it be important to the case?

1. [+330, -43] She's a kkot-baem

2. [+280, -30] Isn't she a trainee? I'm pretty sure this won't help her with companies or her image once they find out she was the one that lodged complaints

3. [+225, -82] I believe in you Park Shi Hoo!

  5. Gold-digger, they always get caught sooner or later

  6. Well, they've already decided he's innocent and she's guilty. That didn't take long. I didn't figure this would harm him much. I'm not sure I can look at him the same way though.

  7. A...flower snake...

  8. Somehow always the girl's fault from k-netizens point of view.

I won't give a last decision before further investigation.

    how relatable.

  12. There are so many things wrong with these comments I don't even know where to start. Regardless of what's on those tapes, the comments the netizens leave, the immediate willingness to shame the girl simply because they don't believe in the man's guilt, is absolutely appalling.

  17. I don't think women are actually writing those comments. Yeah, he has fangirls, not that many.

    ReplyDelete
  18. You think they'd let evidence from a police investigation into the public? lmao

  19. 1. [+1,403, -46] The truth needs to be revealed so we can determine whether or not Park Shi Hoo is innocent as he claims, or if that b*tch is one big mother bi*ch!

Nobody should be calling anyone a Kkot-baem or a rapist until the evidence shows the truth.

  20. Just because she walks down the stairs fine doesn't mean shit. When I get smashed I could balance books on my head if you asked but if you try to converse with me I'll go completely out of it, more or less asking for consent to something.

Or the obvious they had a bit, they left pretty sober, went somewhere else/back to his/whatever and drank some more, roofies in her drink at his, etc. I'm not assuming he's definitely a rapist but I don't think she's a ~kkot-baem~ just because she might be a quirky drunk, either.

  21. Why not? News release footages from crime scenes all the time

    ReplyDelete
  22. Wow, this is why the Korean society is so unfair for women. Even before the real evidence is released, people are believing what one side says, even when it may not be true. None of them know who is lying yet, so they shouldn't be too quick to judge. I never knew Korean netizens were this illogical.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Ithink the contrast between k net and this comment sections views show the difference not only in how rape is viewed in korea but our feminst oriented society. They are too quick to comdemn this woman and this section is far too surportive of her. At this point evidense is clearly in favour of her lying, yet there is not one ounce of sympathy for Park shi woo. Even if he is innocent he will always be tarred with the rapist image on some level.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I don't know who's in the wrong, but yes i agree. In Korea, any women can accuse an idol of rape and that idol will never be able to work again. You know there's many women who will use this to their advantage. On the other hand, the convictions for TRUE rape are like a slap on the wrist. This story only brings attention to the deeper issue at hand in Korean society.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I'm not agreeing with the comments but women like that do exist sexual assault and rape aren't big things and shouldn't be taken lightly. I think the reasons she's getting so much hate is because he's a well known actor and she's just a trainee so people see her as a women using this to get fame. She could be doing this and if she is she should be sued and if she was sexually assaulted he should be tried in court. I don't think people should be making comments like this until they know. Or just don't make them at all.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I honestly don't know what to say about this because in Korea, women saying that some guy raped her (especially if it's a very rich, powerful guy) when it wasn't rape at all is kinda common...

In America, it's pretty easy to determine if you've been raped or not. You can do blood tests to see if you've been roofied and there's an exam performed by a nurse or doctor to see if any damage has been done. (Because obviously if you were raped, there would be damage done in the vaginal area like bruising... and also signs of restraint in other areas of the body.)

Korea doesn't really have those rules or laws in place. And to even do that, you have to have medical insurance that covers these specific things OR pay out of the pocket for it... both of which are really expensive.

I mean, Korea SHOULD have the same regulations as America when it comes to rape... but they don't. :\ This could be something for Korean politicians to think about rather than passing bills that award $1200 a month to past, present, and future congressmen over the age of 65 (which is absolutely disgusting if you ask me).

  27. According to the girl, she got wasted at the bar or wherever it was that they drank and she was almost passed out and she then woke up in a bed. Obviously if she was as fucked up as she claimed at the bar she wouldn't be walking straight......

    ReplyDelete
  28. Shhhh. Don't ruin it for me. I obviously... only skimmed the last article... My point stands for another place in time. ):

    ReplyDelete
  29. he has alot of fangirls and his fangirls are craycray..at least in my country's k-drama forum. they badmouth almost every costar, saying things like " xxx is so ugly/old how could she play hoohoo's love interest" "XXX's face is soooo big! our handsome hoohoo would never laid eye on such a ugly woman irl, it's unrealistic"

    ReplyDelete
  30. Just as bad as those labeling PSH a rapist already.

    ReplyDelete
  31. People don't joke here, son. You should know better

(and this is sarcasm... if people can't tell rme)

    ReplyDelete
  32. It has to be.. I honestly cannot see how any woman can write these comments.. sounds like men wrote them...

    ReplyDelete
  33. not as plastic as sm idols

    ReplyDelete
  34. True, but the sad thing is that men use this fact against women in general. When you read some of the comments in Korean websites, they are like "Oh we should never believe a woman who claims she is raped because it is probable that she is lying" and "We should never trust women who are raped." Just because of some of these occurrences they start to generalize assaulted women as a whole. And these horrendous comments get insane amounts of vote-ups....So sad.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Just because one is popular in a country, it doesn't mean that person is popular elsewhere.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Yes but we shouldn't be too quick to jump into conclusion.

    ReplyDelete
  37. True, but the majority is believing him and already starts to decide that the woman is guilty.

    ReplyDelete
  38. True, but none of the comments above address that. At worst, a netizen condemned him for having an active sex life, which honestly wouldn't matter to me at all so long as the two parties involved were consenting.

Notice how fast the netizens jump onboard the "she's a gold-digging slut" train--that's what the problem is.

    ReplyDelete
  39. i actually agree with u! im not familiar with this dude but i find it hypocritical for posters in this comment section to complain about netizens' support of the actor when not a single one of them is giving the actor a moment of doubt despite the current evidence pointing out that the woman was most likely lying about the whole thing!

try to wait for actual evidence before condemning either party to hell!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Rape goes unreported just as much in America. The tests to determine whether a rape has occurred is just as invasive and needs to be performed at a time when the victim would like nothing less than to wash themselves clean of all the evidence.

I agree with you in that South Korea should have better regulation, but rape is never an easy thing to determine and there's just as much "she was asking for it" he-said-she-said things going on in western nations too. :(

    ReplyDelete
  41. yeah. I think Park is not that popular in Korea, at least not on Alist level .But his dramas are very popular in China and TW and his fans here are mostly women in their 20s and 30s. They write on weibo( my country's twitter) cray things like "I would be honored to be rape by hoo-hoo" " this bitch should feel happy hoo-hoo choose to fxxk her" " i would kneel down and beg for hoo-hoo to rape me how dare this bitch accuse him"

    ReplyDelete
  42. Sometimes I wonder if ppl ever read the news article before they even comment.

    From allkpop:
It has also been revealed that there is CCTV footage of ‘A’ and Park Si Hoo at the place they had drank together before the alleged sexual assault happened. It is not yet known if this footage will be used as evidence, but according to the food stand owner, he was able to spot on the CCTV that ‘A’ was able to walk down the stairs fine when the two were leaving, and that he will provide the footage if requested so by the police.

  43. wow these all just soooooo wrong.

  44. I'm not a PSH fan but I get the feeling that he was framed. Too much suspicious stuff in her story. It was still a stupid thing for him to do.
I bet it's not that unusual for female "trainees" to do escort girl duties.:(

    ReplyDelete
  45. I don't know, people are different. If I drink too much, I never see it coming. I remember ordering a drink and the next thing I know I just wake up the next morning and realize I just fucked up and lost my memory for the night. She might have been fine in the stairs but didn't still remember shit the next morning. And was she 16, the girl involved in this? That's quite young to still know your limits. I know mine, so I don't drink more than a few glasses. And it's scary to wake up without a memory in someone else's house. Happened to me and even though it took only a minute to realize it was my friend's room, it's still fucking scary.

I'm not saying PSH did something wrong since nothing is proven yet. But because nothing is proven yet, we can't call the girl a liar just yet.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I think they stated 16 years his junior,not 16 year old.

  48. just an latest update http://news.nate.com/view/20130220n22865?mid=e0102 more news..this time not good for Park Si Hoo

The police reported that from the CCTV of Park Si Hoo’s condo that they reviewed, Park Si Hoo’s junior friend was carrying the knocked out girl and PSH was walking in going into elevator to go to his condo.

Park Si Hoo’s agency probably release the street cart CCTV news…but not sure if it’s that effective, cause it’s before they went to PSH’s house…but if what the police article say is true…then cctv from streetcart drinking place showed the girl walking, so that article released to say she was not drunk but…the new article that just came out right now according to the police the CCTV in Park Si Hoo’s condo captured them going into elevator and the girl was on one of the guy’s back being carried in..so this one is not good for Par Si Hoo.

Park Si Hoo’s junior friend carried in the girl with PSH walking in with him. It makes everything worse cause that junior friend said she was perfectly fine and felt sorry toward PSH for getting caught up on this kinda scandal…but now police say that junior friend carried in the unconscientious girl with PSH onto elevator. cr;blt

    ReplyDelete
  49. Well, well, well. The newest CCTV footage from Park Shi Hoo's home shows the girl being carried (unconscious?) into an elevator. The plot thickens.
