Article: Police reveals "'A' was carried inside Park Shi Hoo's home"
Source: Star News via Nate
Police basically announced that they have CCTV footage of Park Shi Hoo, junior 'B', and the trainee 'A' going into Park Shi Hoo's home. According to the CCTV, A was being carried on the back of B when they got on the elevator.
1. [+1,083, -98] Jesus christ, why would Park Shi Hoo's junior carry that girl to his home? What a bunch of jokes
2. [+965, -72] There was the other witness that said she walked out of the store fine, but seeing as how there's CCTV of her being carried inside his home, Park Shi Hoo has lost the upper hand
3. [+668, -101] If she was carried in, then it has to be rape. She filed the lawsuit through the help of a sexual assault center. Obviously they're not idiots considering that they're helping her and going through with the case because they have proof that it is.

Article: Police reveal they have CCTV of Park Shi Hoo in the parking lto of his home... what happened?
Source: Star News via Nate
1. [+216, -9] The junior running his mouth just made things worse. He said that there was no 'force' involved but the fact that they carried her inside the home means there was force involved. This can fall under rape, and it's made the situation all that more dangerous.
2. [+185, -30] Seems like the drinks she had finally took effect around that time... It's really difficult for a woman to just wake up one morning and decide to file for rape without any cause or preparation
3. [+177, -25] Hul... so she was carried inside... Looks like we can't call her a kkot-baem right off the bat. If police find him to be guilty, I hope he takes whatever punishment is given.

Article: [Exclusive] Park Shi Hoo's home spotted "Nothing but silence..."
Source: TV Report via Nate
1. [+216, -20] Either way, Park Shi Hoo's image is down the drain now. I liked him so this is a disappointment.
2. [+182, -18] So far, police have confirmed that the girl was carried in through CCTV. What I find weird is that the junior stayed in the house with them until the morning. I'm just curious how his fans will shield this now. The reactions are so different compared to female celebrities that this is intriguing.
3. [+120, -28] I don't think there's anyone 'normal' who enjoys threesomes. Park Shi Hoo seemed to have an erotic look in his eyes all the time and look at him now, his career's in the gutter.

Article: Witness claims "Park Shi Hoo escorted the victim"
Source: Newsen via Nate
1. [+139, -49] I'm a girl myself but it disgusts me how two faced people can be. Imagine if this wasn't Park Shi Hoo but someone else. Would people have been so quick to point fingers, calling the victim a kkot-baem? Nobody even stopped to think before judging her, labeling her a kkot-baem right off the bat. Would she have used the help of a sexual assault center if she had any other intentions? She would've contacted Park Shi Hoo separately to seek a settlement.
The problem with this is that when articles about scandals like this erupt, the first thing people do is scroll to read the comments to see what the reactions are. When people are so quick to label someone a kkot-baem without any evidence, this is the kind of thing that scares actual victims from reporting sexual assaults. They'd rather hide than be treated like that.
2. [+118, -35] I'm sure that although the girl was able to walk out of the pub on her own, she started to feel the alcohol settle in once she got out and into the car and lost herself after that... It can happen to anyone that drinks.
3. [+101, -29] What a turn of negative events for Park Shi Hoo..
-

Lmao, they were so quick to say she's a liar in it for the money and then this comes out
ReplyDelete"1. [+139, -49] I'm a girl myself but it disgusts me how two faced people can be. Imagine if this wasn't Park Shi Hoo but someone else. good commemt
and the plot thickens...
ReplyDeletelol, so she was drunk and he rape her, great
ReplyDeletecan they put him in jail already?
and can i kick all those mans ass who deffended him?
what if she was drugged?
It's really disgusting.. Park Shi Hoo, I can't believe he has such a dark face. People are seriously scary...
ReplyDeleteWell, that changes everything. I'm so disappointed. I won't be able to watch The Princess' Man the same way again. :(
ReplyDeleteI remember just yesterday on here and akp when there was still people supporting this rapist because he was a-list actor from their favorite k-drama. Feeling stupid now, rapist supporter?
ReplyDeletePeople were so quick to say she was just going after him for the money but now it turns out she didn't even willingly walk with her own two feet into his house -_- Now where are those people who were saying it can't be him because he said in an interview that he doesn't drink and doesn't date.
ReplyDeleteSo Disapointed...
ReplyDeleteI hope they would judge him like a normal man. He can't scape the pushment.
ReplyDeleteHow is law in Korea for rape?
Yeah, they shouldn't be too quick to judge before evidence comes out. They labelled her flower snake without knowing what in the world is going on. But I'm not going to be decided that he's the assaulter either since not every proof is revealed. We should wait until everything is uncovered.
ReplyDeleteWait, so maybe them both raped her? I'm so disgusted right now.. Because he stayed there until morning... omg, poor woman.... I don't know you, but it seems like they planned it beforehand, his junior stayed to be a witness if something went wrong, as if ''2 men against one woman's word.''
ReplyDelete3. [+120, -28] I don't think there's anyone 'normal' who enjoys threesomes.
ReplyDeleteexcuse me?
Majority of the comments still don't understand what rape is.
ReplyDeleteI never really cared about misogyny and sexism before NB tbh :| it figuratively opened my eyes.
ReplyDeleteHm, the girl was dead drunk and was taken to his home and they stayed there with her until morning. They lied. If nothing really happened, they wouldn't lie. PSH already told the police they had sex. So it means he or both men had sex with her dead drunk and it is rape...
ReplyDeleteHm, nothing more than 4 years I think?
ReplyDeleteOh...right...Yeah I guess it must be true that she's raped.
ReplyDeleteI think so... it is so weird how she was fine leaving the bar and then unconscious being carried by his junior into HIS house.
ReplyDelete"3. [+120, -28] I don't think there's anyone 'normal' who enjoys threesomes."
ReplyDelete.........
i said the same thing. It's not my cup of tea but there isn't anything abnormal about it.
ReplyDeleteThere was this case when a young little elementary school girl was raped near to death (her organs were damaged to the extent that she had to carry around a special apparatus around her stomach), but the rapist was setenced to only 12 years of prison....This is sickening...
ReplyDeleteHe lied once about her being fine so chances are that's not the only lie he and his friend told. This whole case just gets more sickening knowing the other guy stayed the whole night too. Poor woman.
ReplyDeleteso it looks like 2 or more men rape her.
ReplyDeletePoor woman, she deserve justice.
Go to jail Park Shi Hoo and his friend.
Its really sad because society is mainly to blame. As women we're the ones to blame if anything happens to us. "It's our fault and we were asking for it." Really fucked up logic.
ReplyDeleteWhere are all the slut shamers now??? Yeah, that's right hiding their ugly faces.
ReplyDeletecompletely different reactions from the other article...
ReplyDeletehow old are you..
ReplyDeleteHe already admitted that they had sex and now the evidence of her being dead drunk...it was rape.
ReplyDeletePoor woman, I wish her well and hope she gets her justice.
Considering Open World Ent's CEO only got 6 years for raping multiple trainees and forcing male idols to rape them too while fapping to that shit in surveillance camera footages, I can't expect the cowardly idiots in court to give him anything more than a slap in the wrist.
ReplyDeleteThey need to use the life sentence with no parole or the death penalty more actively against such fiends.
What does age have to do with it??
ReplyDeletebecause they said they said they "never really cared about misogyny and sexism before NB"
ReplyDeletehow can someone not care about those things.. it's present in our everyday life.
Oh Lawd, the difference between this article and the one yesterday are worlds apart. Things have just turned for the worst for Park Shi Hoo, even if by some chance he didnt sexually assault her his image is gonna take a huge for this.
ReplyDeleteI'm almost 16....... why? Does it matter?
ReplyDeletehmm that is quite young. nothing. it's good that you're aware of these issues now :)
ReplyDeleteIt makes me cry, they would rather pray for him..
ReplyDeletewaiting until the official statement comes out to start vocally judging...
ReplyDeletehopefully justice will be done and the victim's privacy is protected .
ReplyDeletesome people really don't realize how prevalent it is though and what can be labeled as misogyny/sexism. depending on how they were raised a lot of things could seem like the norm. trust me, my two years after high school lazing on the internet taught me dozens more about the topics than school/my parents ever did, and before i wasn't even able to label what could be considered either of the formerly mentioned. i just signed it off as "my guy friends being guys". i'm not saying that's the case for everyone but, it's something to consider.
ReplyDeleteum..wat? netizens are different people commenting all the time. who is "they;" you're generalizing the entire netizen community thinking that they're a enclosed group? you're a netizen too lol...
ReplyDeleteYou have to understand that this is so far from his image that it's hard to comprehend. I've been Park Shi Hoo's fan for many years he's always seemed very fun and affable and he's a very talented actor so finding out that he was even capable of something like this was a very huge shock.
ReplyDeleteThat said, the people defending him are sick and are apart of a cultural norm not only in Korea but worldwide that seeks to discredit and further victimize rape survivors so while it's sick that people would immediately blame the woman and protect their bias it's a very common response even when the rapist is a regular guy. Add to this, his fame, status and clean image you can see why people act like this. The only reason I think i didn't join that bandwagon is because I've been educated about these issues without that education and experiences of my own I sadly might've joined in the "oppa didn't mean it" chorus.
This woman is brave beyond comprehension for coming forward and I'm sorry this happened to her. I feel sick for supporting and admiring this rapist for so many years.
So he and his friend bring a girl into a house but netizens are saying leave the man alone .. if it was the other way round they would be slut shaming the hypocrites.
ReplyDeleteLooks can be absolutely deceiving.
ReplyDeletesome said she was sober when they left according to cctv, now she was completely drunk according to this report... as usual, everything is confusing... and as i always say, police should actually talk when they have the full picture of what happened instead of speculating... the netizens themselves are doing a great job speculating/slut shaming/pointing fingers so it would be nice if police were serious not feeding the monster... wish they could do everything easy to the alleged victim... as some people are, im pretty sure theyre even trying to find out who "A" is :S
ReplyDeleteand btw, whats "kkot-baem"?
It's something you realise in the daily living, but more when you are a firl i think
ReplyDeleteI couldn't stand the allkpop comments, "she asked for" "it's her fault for getting drunk" "lets pray that its untrue" "she just wants money" "this will effect his career forever" Makes me so upset, most victims would rather die than get raped, DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WILL BE IN HER MIND FOREVER, SHE'LL DO ANYTHING TO GET RID OF THE MEMORY, MAKE HERSELF BUSY SO SHE WON'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT, BUT BEFORE SHE GOES TO SLEEP SHE WILL ALWAYS, ALWAYS REMEMBER, NO MATTER HOW MANY THERAPIST OR COUNSELORS SHE GOES TO IT WILL ALWAYS BE THERE forever, it will haunt her, scare her, scar her , she will believe it's her fault, try to commit suicide, because of all the comments from people, "she must of been a slut' nearly almost every victim is targeted because they have low self esteem, not clothing, because the rapist know that, these girls won't tell anyone and there not strong enough to push him off of her. i hate people
ReplyDeletelesson: netizens are idiots
ReplyDeleteGirl, fighting!!!
ReplyDeleteThis girl is very brave and smart to have reported this to a sexual assault specialists. I pray she has a good support system with her.
Now with more facts coming out, I believe this living piece of shit raped the poor girl. Him and his hoobae should be thrown and jail and be made an example. I hope he gets a nice, long jail sentence. Honestly, though I'm so disgusted right now. Ugh.
#Bye Bastards and stay in jail
now those people calling out the girls suddenly disappear. meh. -_- what is a "kkot-baem" anyway?
ReplyDeleteoff topic, is that park shi hoo's house? reminds me of his character's house in prosecutor princess.
Thank God there's no more victim blaming this time. I was really disgusted in the earlier articles. Now, let's see how this gonna be unfold. I just hope for the truth and justice be served.
ReplyDeleteYou misinterpreted what I said, I wasn't talking about the change of reaction. I was trying to say that people shouldn't judge so quickly when they don't know the full situation, as seen with this new evidence. I guess I'll word it better next time.
ReplyDeletesome of you are really ignorant... either that or you spend too much time on the internet. O.o
ReplyDeleteUmm what you are saying does not refer to this incident. The articles in the past regarding this incident the number of upvotes was a good indicator of how most people felt about it. even i-fans where just as dumb.
ReplyDelete... Anyone is capable of doing bad, it does not matter how you present yourself/how people perceive you/how good you may seem..
ReplyDeletewho keeps voting down comments like this?
ReplyDeleteGOOD. I hope Park Shi Hoo rots in jail. And a good lesson for netizens too. Just cuz oppar is pretty and nice-looking, doesn't mean he isn't a disgusting sick bastard behind the scenes. Fuck them for thinking that girl is lying. Also Fuck them for still worrying about that alleged rapist's image. Hope the victim gets her justice. Really, I hope the best for her. I hope she is able to stick her ground. ;~~;
ReplyDeleteGuys, except for the initial police report that Miss A seems to be in good health and PSH's press release, EVERYTHING right now is unconfirmed, including this report! You know how Korean journalism works, everything is sensationalized to grab page views.
ReplyDeleteHere's how the headlines have flip-flopped in the last 2 days:
2012.02.19 P.M.
1. Case was reported to Seoul’s Western Police station because alleged incident happened at Mr. K’s home in west Seoul.
2. CCTV in elevator of K’s apartment building captured K and PSH standing on one side with A standing on the other side, completely sober.
3. K had been drinking
2012.02.20
A.M.
1. PSH side said they could not contact A (around 10 a.m.)
P.M.
1. Now CCTV has become PSH’s residential building’s parking lot
2. PSH is carrying an unconscious A on his back (around 2 p.m.)
3. K and PSH take turns carrying A on their backs (around 4 p.m.)
4. PSH side denied they have ever tried to contact A (around 8 p.m.)
5. Did incident happen in PSH’s home or K’s home?
6. During February 19 daytime, K and A exchanged SMS messages
7. K is now said not to have been drinking and was the designated driver
Because of the the large amount of coverage on this case, Allkpop can't cover everything. I think they picked this particular article because it was ranked in the top, but again remember it's NOT confirmed!
This article is Star News claiming they've received this info from the police, NOT a police report. You should NOT jump into conclusions.
I hear that. I just came from there, someone seriously had the nerve to say "He's always been innocent why would he just turn cold and raper her?"
ReplyDelete"When people are so quick to label someone a kkot-baem without any
ReplyDeleteevidence, this is the kind of thing that scares actual victims from
reporting sexual assaults. They'd rather hide than be treated like that."
MFTE
People are ~oh so worried to tarnish Park Shi Hoo ~clean image but gave no mercy to a RAPE Victim. I should be mad at comments blaming her but i'm just depressed as hell.
don't know why you received negative votes, its the right thing to do because until the Police put out an official statement all of this is rumors and he said she said done by magazines.
ReplyDeletea male celebrity have good/clean image, when scandal erupts netizens will side him and ask to "not too quick to judge"
ReplyDeletea female celebrity have good/clean image, when scandal erupts netizens will say "i always think she is fake"
go figure
"Kkot-baem" means "Flower (kkot) snake (baem)". It's used to describe a girl that allures men with her looks only to bite them in the ass with a rape/sexual harrassment charge.
ReplyDelete1. [+139, -49] I'm a girl myself but it disgusts me how two faced people
ReplyDeletecan be. Imagine if this wasn't Park Shi Hoo but someone else. Would

FINALLY A LOGICAL NETIZEN & no double standards ^
he didn't say "netizens" at all. he said they, meaning those particular people commeting on those articles. why do people get so pressed on the generalization of k-netizens. fucking annoying
ReplyDeleteLesson #2: Netizens also think they know the full details of every scandal even though it's been released for like 5 minutes; however, in reality, they don't and are struggling with their pathetic occupations as keyboard warriors.
ReplyDeleteFor a moment I thought you were talking about Kpop group Miss A... gave me a heart attack.
ReplyDelete@CHOCOball:disqus said everything I wanted to
ReplyDeleteshe was fine leaving the bar on the cctv.
ReplyDeleteShe wasn't fine entering his house, since she was being carried on his friend's back....
now netizens...eat your own words back!knetizens really disgust me, really...calling that girl a kkot-baem whatsoever...and now, there's already a strong evidence, they seriously need to apologize the the poor woman=.=
ReplyDeletei admit that i used to be his fan...but i didn't support him at all when this scandal erupted because i believe in the poor girl...she won't be using help from sexual assault center if she really wanted to gain benefit from this scandal...and i'm a girl myself, so i rather support her because i know it's very hard for girls not to be blamed when they're raped...society will still pointing finger at her even though she's a victim herself....besides, i'm not too naive to believe in artists' two-faced nature...it's part of their jobs as an artist
ReplyDeleteIKR the double standard is beyond obvious
ReplyDeletewhat is kkot-baem mean?
ReplyDeleteJust lost respect for him.
ReplyDeleteRape is a serious allegation and to read some of the comments about how the girl trying to get $ cause he's famous/handsome ... seriously some people are just brainless.
ReplyDeletemte.. never tried it but I don't see why someone is abnormal just because he / she likes it.. oô
ReplyDeleteSome years ago I lived abroad and we celebrated Christmas with another group of ex-pats. One Asian (I think she was Korean) woman was present. We had a festive meal with wine. She drank a tiny amount, like 5 tsp. mixed with apple juice. After an hour or so a something switched and suddenly she was dead drunk. As in falling into and smashing a glass table drunk. After 5 tsp. of wine! It happens and you should know your limit.OTOH they COULD have been goofing around with the piggy-backing. Nobody saw the footage so far. But PSH met up with the girl after she accused him. Is that even possible under SK law? Does he try to silence her with money? This smells fishy. http://blog.dramafever.com/2013/02/update-park-shi-hoo-and-accuser-meets-with-celebrity-b-after-the-accusations/
ReplyDeleteI want to read this but I just don't have the time T-T
ReplyDeletekkot- flower, baem- snake, flower snake, or gold-digger.
ReplyDelete..those particular people commenting on those articles...ARE NETIZENS LOL derpdederp... do you know what netizens are? you're a netizen, using the internet and commenting to me. i never said just k-netz, everyone who uses the internet is a netizen...
ReplyDeleteokay, my bad then!
ReplyDeletei'm not saying that the people who are defending him are doing right (cause he obviously did commit a horrendous act), i'm just saying that some people are generalizing the entire population or say "this is how most feel" by these netizen comments...and you just did it again yourself... "The articles in the past regarding this incident the number of upvotes was a good indicator of how most people felt about it." --how much is "most people"--1,000+ some votes out of 49+ million people in Korea???
ReplyDeletealso...it's not "being pressed" over the generalization of k-netz...it's when you generalize the the entire population of the country and thinking it's the majority who think this way in the country by some comments made by netizens. and it goes for all countries, not just korea. but anyways, like i said before...you obviously didn't know what a netizen was and the seriousness of the issue thinking that netizens' comments=popular opinion of the people.
ReplyDeleteI would love to kill the man.
ReplyDeleteThey should've cut his dick.
throw the guy in jail already!!
ReplyDelete
